Warranty Coverage
At Workman Company LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work. We stand behind our services with a comprehensive warranty that covers defects in workmanship for residential remodeling projects completed by our team. This warranty is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of substantial project completion.

Drywall
Installation and finishing
Tile Installation
Floor, shower, backsplash
Flooring
Vinyl, laminate, hardwood
Painting
Interior and exterior
Countertops
Installation services
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, fading, or deterioration due to age or usage
Damage caused by abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or acts of nature
Issues resulting from modifications or repairs made by others after project completion
Cracking or separation caused by foundation movement or natural settling
Materials or products purchased by the client (appliances, fixtures, etc.)
Materials with disclaimers that client requested against our recommendation
Warranty Claims Process
1. Submit Notice
Submit written notice detailing the concern, along with photos if applicable, within the warranty period.
2. Schedule Inspection
Upon receipt, we will schedule an inspection to assess the warranty claim and determine next steps.
3. Complete Repairs
If warranted, we will complete the necessary repairs at no cost to the homeowner.
Warranty Limitations
Non-Transferable
Warranty applies only to the original client of record
Liability Limit
Total liability shall not exceed the original cost of the applicable work portion
Code Compliance
Does not supersede local building codes or manufacturer recommendations
Client-Supplied Materials
Items such as appliances, fixtures, tile, or flooring that are purchased directly by the client must meet code compliance requirements.
